[FEAT] Add SegAV as an optional AV engine. #149

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add SegAV as a AV engine, as per law in Cuba we must use it...

They have a beta version for amd64 linux that works, I've a setup working with that already ;-)

Nevertheless it will be a opt in option, ClamAV will remains as the default option.

And while the segav stay on beta we will keep it out of production, stability first.

Approaching attempts to SegAV developers are fruitless.

I have tried several times, so this is very close to be a wontfix issue until:

  1. Someone on the SegAV team is willing to talk to us
  2. There is a real need from you, the users
  3. I have a lot of free time & I'm boring to death.

This issue is marked Won't Fix until we get official response from Segurmática.

The only way I managed to make it work is slow and CPU & RAM aggressive.

Closing as won't fix one, if anyone what's to take it and push I will be happy to review ans merge is not a CPU & RAM eater.
