Script for prepare maintenance #20

As satprep also has information about virtual machines it would be great if it also automatically creates VM snapshots. The idea is to implement a script satprep_prepare_maintenance.py that combines creating snapshots and scheduling downtimes. It would also be awesome to have an option to unschedule downtimes and removing snapshots.
