1 year ago I notice that you don't have a license listed and also don't have any online site for conversions. I'd offer to host a conversion basic page in exchange for a link to it, and/or a link to my own PHP to Java converter at www.runtimeconverter.com
I've actually collected and hosted a few open source converter already, such as http://java2scala.runtimeconverter.com/ http://javascript2php.runtimeconverter.com/ http://php2javascript.runtimeconverter.com/
and might host a few more. I have my own PHP to Java converter, but its a different style, so I don't think the two are in competition.
