Remove `automated_response` #1

Table and struct job_applications have a field/column that shows if the ATS sent an immediate automated response. So far, only one has failed to send me an immediate email, so this is probably not a good metric. This is easy to do and hard to reverse, so I will keep the column and the field present while I work on higher priorities.

Multiple companies have not sent an automated response. I will still get rid of this.

For the 3 applications that have not sent an automated response, I just noted that in the notes column.
