rename project #10

hi guys... great work with this module. i will be curious.

but can we rename this project to "steal-conditional" like "steal-less" or "steal-css" lets do the same as donejs, use "steal"+projectname?

Yes. That makes it much easier to locate things when the repo is the same name as the npm package name.
