Get production working with steal@2 #1015

This is building now and running in prod. There is an issue in production when navigating to the Tournaments page. It looks like below:

I think this is a scope walking issue. Will take a look next week.

After https://github.com/canjs/can-view-scope/pull/174 this appears to be working now!
