This shows that importing a module for side effects doesn't work if that module is not ES.

Coverage increased (+0.007%) to 93.636% when pulling 3aa018f6a4d8802d2a8fe890e3f95c122c812833 on side-eff-es into 4ded68f1c50093061d5e36801ab8075a4b8a0b21 on master.
