Upgrade rollup version #1098

Upgrading this fixes an issue where argument parameters were not being properly deshadowed against import names.

Coverage remained the same at 93.764% when pulling 7ef645ecdda14bd12dca4fbf263c6407f3cdce07 on rollup into 3d64f6a67b09342b968e919f666d4b98f3177f18 on master.
