Captcha error #103

When I solve captcha using 'Hand mode', even though the captcha is correct and gets solved, it gives an error 'wrong captcha!'

try with 1.1.3.3 or use web

Hi I have the same problem I can create an account manually on the steam site but not through the program. already tested both versions

Same here, I also tried both of the versions and I still cant create accounts on the generators.
