Improve example project #46

There's still lots to be done here, but I'm a little hesitant to spend much more time here until we're closer to a public release and things are more nailed down.

That being said, I think there's a couple improvements to be made either way, so I did those:

Reorganized the project structure to be close to what our projects typically look like
Changed the home screen of the example project to be a table VC with links to each of the different example VCs
Added a pretty basic POST request example.

Added some navigation titles, and swapped the app to only light mode.
