Version tags of images missing #22

It seems that for some reason the tagged images are missing from the Docker Hub: https://hub.docker.com/repository/registry-1.docker.io/steamcmd/api/tags.

This latest pushed commit https://github.com/steamcmd/api/commit/248895b2a686ea48495bac7000d4c791e32711b7 fixes this issue by forcing pushing all tags in the docker push command.
