Add Kubernetes deployment instructions #44

Kubernetes is widely used and the API in its current form is easily hosted on a Kubernetes cluster. HELM is used a lot to spin a complete application stack with minimal configuration. It would be nice to provide a HELM Chart for the community to use for spinning up the API (together with processes like Redis).

Github pages can be used to provide a HELM Chart repository: https://helm.sh/docs/topics/chart_repository/#github-pages-example.
