Restructure Dockerfiles #32

Create directories for each type of image and rename the dockerfiles to "Dockerfile". This has the advantage that Github, CodeFactor and other local development tools will recognise the type of files.

This PR will rename the files and update the README and build steps accordingly.

Two issues have been ignored from CodeFactor for the Windows Dockerfiles:

Ensure the shebang uses an absolute path to the interpreter.
This \s will be a regular 's' in this context.

For some reason the pull request is not updating. Therefor merging anyway even though the check says failed.
