Release 1.0 missing #15

Hi, thanks for the good work! I need to use the published releases since from scratch I am not able to compile the sources. I still use a RC. Is a Release 1 still planned?

@Sbried : Did you have a compiling enviropnment already (My is missing). If yes: Can you compile a version 1.0 and upload to git? Thanks. Regards Stefan
