DKMS config #16

For the moment, EnhanceIO doesn't have a dkms config.

@sanoj-stec Just for your information, I created today a project on launchpad: https://launchpad.net/enhanceio a team to manage it: https://launchpad.net/~enhanceio

I also import code from github on launchpad and created 2 ppa: https://launchpad.net/~enhanceio/+archive/daily and https://launchpad.net/~enhanceio/+archive/stable

Currently there is only "daily" but stable will arrive.. I hope to ;)

Packages in daily are automaticaly created by this rule: https://code.launchpad.net/~enhanceio/+recipe/enhanceio-daily
