Update installations instructions #86

Install.txt requests to run make && make install which isn't possible because there's no Makefile.

cd Driver/enhanceio

The Makefile is there.

I know. This is an issue report and not a support request -> change Install.txt and reference the commit here.

Seems like the title # tags aren't recognized.
