LogicException in symfony application #6

The option shell is already registered in Symfony Framework Application

[LogicException]                         
  An option named "shell" already exists.

Thanks @hason - I was looking at the docs for that functionality yesterday, but didn't notice the conflict. Fix released as 0.4.1
