This removes the dependency on ocplib-endian which is nice given that the library has OCaml 5 issues (see https://github.com/OCamlPro/ocplib-endian/pull/26). All of the Bytes functions seem to be since 4.08 and crowbar was made 4.08+ here: https://github.com/stedolan/crowbar/commit/a3d4c3a1fcbb9173885f8718ae4574464f118134
