Tasklist separate of channels, such that people can assign tasks to themselves

If I understand the code correctly the following is true:

• Elsje uses channelid's to reference a channel, Not the #channelname
• Personal chats with Elsje are in fact channels with just two participants. And thus have a channelid.

Can't you use that channel for personal task lists?

yep, that is what I'll try to do.

need to adapt the code to accept channels in the form of Dxxxxxxxx as well as Cxxxxxxxx. Everything 'should' work, but need to properly go through the code and test when done
