Scale leaderboard colors appropriately

now leaderboard just scales based on position in the list. But equal scores should have same color.

Recolor by:

• [x] number of shades to highest score minus lowest score.
• [x] color number = score, but offset by lowest score

Also need to fix the missing names (...). This are disabled accounts.
