fix: remove thisOpenFile #650

I am not sure what this feature is supposed to do. href is null in all of my tests

I found the commit that added this: https://github.com/steelbrain/linter-ui-default/pull/342

It would be probably much faster to use regex to find these links in the HTML string that marked returns. I am going to try that in another PR
