Not all files needed for measurement #34

The files in stlab/utils are primarily utilities which are useful for data analysis, but do not need to be within stlab. Rather they should be in a separate repository that users can download if they need said scripts, without having to install all the measurement libraries.

The only files that should remain, since they are essential for measurements, are mysocket.py, compressor_alert.py, reset_popup_warning.py
