Implement comment system under posts

only logged in users can make comments under posts. some considerations here:

for unauthenticated users, don't allow them to comment. button should say "Sign in to comment" or something similar
- Clicking that "Sign in to comment" button should allow a user to authenticate and be returned to that post and comment section on the page
markdown support?
toolbar with formatting options?
social features like mentioning users with "@" keyword & autocomplete
- if someone is tagged in a comment, notify that user
user who made the comment can edit/delete it
other users can report comments
user who made post can pin a comment?
security considerations like xss, csrf, rate limiting, permissions

^ probably much more considerations and edge cases... a lot goes into it. maybe look into some libraries? utterances, giscus
