Test branch createClAndEcl #15

Before sharing these results would you test this branch and verify that the cl.e and ecl.e files are created in the bin.linux64 directory. The steps would be something like:

get checkout createClAndEcl ./install make linux64 make sysgen

I don't want to share this with Joseph or Ole till I've got some validation ti will work.

Just tried Ole's latest pull request and I was able to generate an cl.e and ecl.e. Will be doing more testing along with a clean build later today/tonight.

The branch oleboleUpdates just built cl.e ecl.e libVO.a and what looks liike the rest. Could you test this one today/tonight. If you get could results we can ignore the createClAndEcl and move on from this branch for additional work on the pi.

Things are working now in oleboleUpdates.
