See if there is a way to inject a -I/home/steele/.iraf into the xc.c code.

Here is the log file from make sysgen log11.txt

Removed all but one of the -I/home/steele/.iraf arguments. Still need a long term fix.

Here is the log file to make sysgen.

This can be closed after a long term fix for setting the -I option is identified.

Which I just committed. Also, I've got a new log file log13.txt and I gripped for the 'Error' lines. Both of those files are attached here.
