Everybody can run the demo locally #1

was able to run automated demo using minikube on ubuntu using the official repo in the docs. used helm and not osm binary since our aks preview says not to use the binary for that environment. had to comment out configResyncInterval in preset-mesh-config.yaml to get it to run.
