I'm experiencing an issue where, when there's code in the body, the content on the right extends off the screen, making the text unreadable. #3907

In the screenshot below, the area on the right is offscreen. If you scroll down a bit, you can see that it contains code in the body. When code is embedded in the body, it can't be viewed properly on the mobile web.
