Use webpack dev server in all existing examples #54

As a dev, I want to be able to easily tinker with the code in these examples. Manually triggering a build every time I poke at an example is tiresome.

[x] update all examples to have a command 'dev-server'? that runs webpack-dev-server
[x] do not remove the current functionality of 'start'
[x] add explanation of 'start' vs 'dev-server' on main README file.
