Update Public Nodes List #419

This PR updates the list of public nodes to the list of nodes that are currently active.

Are these changes still accurate?

@roadscape the updated list is at least more accurate than what is currently there. I can do another round of review in a few weeks (once nodes have had a chance to stabilize from the hf replays). This should be fine to merge and apply in the meantime.
