Define requirements of any complex elements (e.g. emission graphs, custom controls, etc.)

We'll need to extend the Post Cap/Pre Cap flat map widgets to better handle SMT special destinations.
Some sugar coating would be adding emissions graph (possibly with plot.ly?)

Let's rename this issue to handle graph specific complex elements because it can broken up in to two different issues.

Should display a graph when choosing and Author Reward Curve and Curation Reward Curve that changes when a particular curve is selected.
Should display a graph underneath token emissions illustrating what the token emission schedule will look like for the currently setup token.
