Posts missing from 'created' list for specific tag #3047

I went through my whole history of posts on Steem over 2 years using @TimCliff's version of condenser to make edits beyond the old 7 day limit. My intention was to tag all posts that are relevant to me as a witness with a new tag 'urasoul-witness'. I did this just fine. However, when I tried to view a page in steemit.com or steempeak.com that shows all of these posts in one list, I hit a problem. I found that the 'created' list is the only one that actually shows the full list, but even then some of the posts are missing.

For example, this list: https://steemit.com/created/urasoul-witness

does not include the following post that is tagged with the 'urasoul-witness' tag:

https://steemit.com/witness-update/@ura-soul/ura-soul-witness-update-3-witnessing-the-waves-and-promoting-steem-globally

I have seen a couple of vaguely related issues, but none that appear to match this exactly.

I presume this is an issue with the Steem network rather than anything related to the UIs involved as both the ones I tested have the same issue.

Thanks @TimCliff - I hoped it wouldn't be a duplicate since @mvandeberg strangely stated that this glaring bug simply won't be fixed.

I believe the long-term plan is to move this functionality outside of steemd and into external back-end services such as HiveMind.

FYI: This call on api.steemit.com is now powered by https://github.com/steemit/hivemind which is not affected by this bug.
