Please help me to build a private custom steem blockchain for my project. i want to deploy a new blockchain like steem and a platform like steemit.com if any fresh tutorial about that please help me

this tutorial is outdated after compile steemd and cli_wallet when i start ./steemd -d eftg witness initminer run and says not producing block because of i've no private key
