Feature: Comment Edit History Plugin #518

Implement a plugin to make clients easier to fetch edit history of a given comment, and / or historical content at a given block number or time point.

Hi abitmore, I am writing a story about an issue on Steemit related to user's comment on a "Submit a Story." Right now, the owner of the post does not have the permissions to delete some offending posts by users that arbitrarily comment in the story. I want to check with you if we are on the same page before submitting this feature. Would you please comment on that? Thanks! @ebonsi

@ebonsi your issue is not related.. perhaps you need to contact steemcleaners (report in the "steemitabuse-classic" channel in https://steemit.chat/)

That is exactly what I do not want to do! I wrote an article on the issue! Maybe we all can get this going on Steemit.
