Testnet tests in test suite - toplevel issue #95

We need to start doing "full flow" tests with testnet, will be tracking the individual types of tests in other issues linked from this one as the toplevel as per new methodology.

I'll keep this top comment updated with a list of current issues: https://github.com/steemit/yo/issues/96 - simple testnet functionality
