Weird first commits #25

Looking at the first commit in the repository (7da16c9b3eb3901f95e90e4222729953a63640bb) there is just one file named "Article 102". This is weird. I doubt the code started with an article numbered 102...

Even if I look at a later commit such as 3071c3123aab56c523f8d4f41d04873830cf7dab there is "Livre Ier/Titre Ier bis" but no "Livre Ier/Titre Ier"

Maybe Legifrance doesn't track renames correctly?

Yes, this is due to legifrance dates (weirdly...)
