I've observed a weird behavior with some episodes (and all happen to be HD and House of cards, so let's I'm assuming the cause is HD). It buffers and then instead of start playing and the video taking over the screen you can see the player, in black, behind chapter selection menu. The way to bring it on front is to click the play button but it plays nothing (screen black) and you can see the timer jumping around.
