Pulsar 0.4.7/ Helix 14.2 error you must restart XBMC before using pulsar

Hi guys, I am running a Win7 64Bit PC and I have been using Pulsar for a few months now without any problems. Since a few weeks the Pulsar Daemon does not start. When I try to open it it says "you must restart XBMC before using pulsar". When I do this I get the same message over and over again.

I have tried:

• Full reinstall of Kodi (deleting all)
• Using different pulsar versions (0.4.6, 0.4.7, 0.5.0)
• Search google for answers. I found guys with a similar problem on Raspberry PI. they fixed it by reinstalling Openelec. But since I am running Kodi on a windows PC I do not see the relevance. I am not a total N00b but not a programmer either.

Of course I have my two settings turned on (services > remote control...)

This issue is driving me mad. Hopefully one of you more experienced guys knows how to help me fix my issue. My thanks will be endless. :)

Have you a special caracter in your Win7 account name ? Because I had the same problem and I fixed it in changing my Win7 account name (some tuto on the net).
