0.42 buffers much slower then previous versions #82

Problem:

Pulsar 0.42 buffer grinds to a halt at around 95% (or sometimes 60%) and then buffer "stalls" to very small increments even though download is maxed out. Pulsar 0.40 didnt have this problem at all.

Additional info:

Just upgraded to OpenElec 5.0 (official) Reverted to system default settings before upgrade. So it was pretty much a clean install.

Running the same movie torrent with both versions:

This time the buffering wasn't that much slower, maybe 10 seconds but it "stalled" at around 95% and then went went up with 0,5% a sec.

This issue is resolved with latest update.
