Running 4.4 on Win7 x64, using a tunneled ipv6 connection. I notice that while active, pulsar quickly cycles through a great deal of native ipv6 address ports. They are just rapidly opened and closed, seemingly doing nothing. Is this normal behavior? Is it affecting performance? I have noticed similar behavior on previous versions.
