Get streamer node to smoothly vary DPG to lessen the negative effects of change in SNR.
Hopefully it can be avoided, but if not, the Optical Flow node may need to be able to adjust detection and tracking thresholds, as well as minimum and maximum feature limits, to respond to different SNR images even if the DPG has been adjusted automatically.
