GenericDescriptorMatcher is renamed to DescriptorMatcher FOURCC macro is deprecated, using VideoWriter::fourcc static function

Merge looks good, but I haven't been actively developing this for a while so in the near future I'll try and build it on my new machine, which might require a few more changes.
