Hey! Just searched you as someone requested a gentoo ebuild in my brandnew subreddit

Thanks for working on the ebuild! For dependencies and installation of additonal files you might want to check the Arch PKGBUILD here It is always up2date as I ("co-") maintain it myself

wmctrl and zenity are dropped and no longer a dependency

No problem, I wrote it for my own interest in learning ebuilds primarily. I don't really use reddit but happy to have some visibility there.

I'll leave this issue open and try to improve it when I get some free time.
