Add anchors on main page to jump directly to Statistics and Featured Cases #51

Title says it all.

Statistics and #FeaturedCases would be useful to link directly to said parts of the mainpage.

This will especially useful once these two blocks are properly styled. :)

There's already http://respectmynet.eu#stats and http://respectmynet.eu/#featured_cases :)

However, I've added http://respectmynet.eu#stats-title and http://respectmynet.eu#featured-title which will most likely be better.
