Move github page to its own repository #29

Having it in its own repository instead of in a branch in this repository would make issue management easier, and remove the annoying folder structure i currently have to live with. It also just makes sense.

It would be enough to just make the gh-pages branch a copy of the master branch, actually, since it contains index.html and I'm probably never gonna update the actual page anyway.
