Config to replace copper ore with iron ore #35

Suggested by Shurf; copper ore is pretty useless in a UHC so lets add a configurable option to replace all copper in a world with iron ore.

Configurable via replace.copper.ore=boolean>

As spy glasses are made with copper, we should replace the recipe for that with something else, probably iron
