retroarch-1.6.7 fails when building against ffmpeg 4 #130

This patch works for 1.6.7 generated from https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/compare/4f5fc6e%5E1...76dadbc6035f2fab361c0f0cf7e2f1b0e9723259 .

I could open a PR, but haven't tested older versions of retroarch - it appears these changes were released with v1.6.9.

NB : i don't maintain snapshots though
