Update README for SIGMOD (Issue #35)

Description of changes:

• Update Readme in preparation for SIGMOD
• Fix build that failed because of some dependency issue
  • It seems like numpy silently removed some attribute Gensim relied on: https://github.com/RaRe-Technologies/gensim/issues/3225
  • However, Gensim no longer supports the scikit-learn wrappers starting with 4.0, so updating the dependency version is not straight-forward
  • ~Maybe we should drop the Gensim example at some point? Or we fully update the example~
  • Updated the dependency version
