This PR updates the main readme file and adds the following:
New model, that was trained on TPU for 250k steps (incl. checkpoint avg.) with better results
Make sure, that training and decoding works on the latest
Tensor2Tensor
version (
1.13.4
)
Research is supported with Cloud TPUs from Google's TensorFlow Research Cloud (TFRC)
