Reopen of --Chapter 11: 05_random_forest_return_signals #148 --- 1 of 2 updates complete #223

I just bumped up on the issue that is documented in:

Chapter 11: 05_random_forest_return_signals #148

Looks like the issue was closed before Jeremy highlighted that the same issue exists in 2 of the for loops.

The first of the two loops did not get updated, but the second one did.
