The language codes should no longer be maintained in the tementry.mod. This is not flexible. If someone is not happy with those values, he/she should just remove/change the Schematron file, but should leave the MOD file untouched.

Unfortunately, the MOD file seems to be mandatory, because we need to define the language- and region-code values to match the values in plugin.xml file. The Schematron rules have been added additionally with 3f83028.
